Lydia C. Raboy of Jamaica, NY, previously of Nutley, NJ passed away Saturday, July 16, 2022. Born in Philippines, Lydia was the daughter of the late Jose and Severina (Gernale) Caceres. She retired as a pharmacist at University Hospital in Newark, NJ.
The beloved wife of the late Paterno H. Raboy, Lydia is survived by her children Jose F. Raboy and his wife Dawn, and Patricia Santos and her husband Ben, sister Erlinda Amago, and five grandchildren, Andrew and Madeleine Raboy, and Tia, Benedict, and Tyler Santos. She was predeceased by her siblings Jose Caceres Jr., Edgardo Caceres, Renato Caceres, Leticia Murawski, and Salvacion Gapasin.
The funeral will be Friday, July 22, 2022, at 9:30 am from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am at St. Mary’s Church, Nutley.
The interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Thursday, July 21st from 4 – 8pm.
