Obituary for Margaret A. Malone (Christopher)
Margaret Ann Malone (nee Christopher) passed away Friday, June 9, 2023.
Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister.
Daughter of the late John and Grace (D’Aloia) Christopher. Survived by her loving husband Bernie McMillan; her son Robert Malone and wife Andrea, and her daughter Cheryl Patania and her husband James; grandchildren James Patania, Rayana Patania, and Alexa Malone. She is also survived by her brother John Christopher, sister-in-law Roseann MacDonald and her husband, Bill, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was predeceased by her son Michael Malone, her husband Ray Malone, her sisters Marie Christopher and Rose Cassese, her brothers Carmen Christopher and James Christopher.
Marge grew up in Nutley NJ, and lived most of her life in Bloomfield, NJ before retiring to Toms River.
She had a wonderful career for many years as a licensed real estate agent/broker. She loved spending her time shopping, cooking, baking and most of all with her family. Her joyful smile and compassionate spirit will be missed by all.
Visitation will be held at S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home on Monday, June 12, 2023, from 4-7 pm. (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St. Nutley NJ.
The funeral will be Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 9:30 am proceeded by a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church 28 Brookline Ave. Nutley NJ on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 10:30 am.
The Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, in Bloomfield, NJ.
