Loving Wife, Mother, Sister, Aunt, and Cousin
Marie A. Luongo, 88, of Nutley, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2024. Born in Newark, NJ, Marie was the daughter of the late Joseph and Theresa (Vozza) Calabrese and a wife of her late husband James Luongo. A loving wife and devoted mother, she dedicated her life to her family. Marie is survived by her children Victoria Luongo and husband William Dobbs and son Vincent J. Luongo, sister Christiana (Anna) Barone, brother Mario Calabrese, late brothers Tony Calabrese,Joseph Calabrese and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The funeral will be Monday, April 15, 2024, at 8:30am from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30am at Holy Family Church, Nutley.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Sunday, April 14th from 1 – 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital would be appreciated.
