Loving Mother, Sister, and Friend
Mary Ann Alessandra, 82, lifelong resident of Nutley, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2023. Born in Newark, NJ, Mary Ann was the daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Falduto) Alessandra. She worked as an accounts payable specialist for Accounting Dynamics in Nutley. Mary Ann was an avid animal lover and was a foster mom for animals. She enjoyed painting her entire life. She especially enjoyed painting on glass and sharing these creations with family and friends. Another of her favorite hobbies was making jewelry, participating in craft shows and passing time sitting on her porch, talking to her neighbors.
Mary Ann is survived by a son and a daughter, James Goi, Jr., and Cynthia Binkiewicz, her brother Paul Alessandra, and her sister Antoinette Barberia and the late Louis Alessandra. She also leaves many devoted nieces and nephews.
Visitors will be received at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley, Wednesday, August 9, 2023, from 4 – 7pm. A service will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm.
