Mary Ann Tischio, 90 of Nutley passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019. Born in Newark, the daughter of Anthony and Concetta (DeBartolo) Valenza, she lived in Bloomfield and East Orange before moving to Nutley 49 years ago.
Mary Ann is survived by beloved husband, John M. Tischio; her loving children, Debra Bereski and her husband Mike and Robert Tischio and his wife Patricia, a brother, Joseph Valenza and her 4 caring grandchildren Gabrielle and Michael Bereski and Matthew and Krysta Tischio. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Natale Valenza.
The funeral will be Monday, July 15, 2019 at 9 a.m. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Nutley at 10 a.m.
The interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Bloomfield.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Sunday from 3-7 p.m.
