Loving Wife, Mother, Sister, and Grandmother
Mary C. Furnari, 100, of Nutley, passed away on June 18, 2023. Born in Nutley, she was a lifelong resident of Nutley. Mary was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Carmina (Testa) Tabasso. Mary retired as a typist with the Nutley Public Library. She was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening. Mary was predeceased by her loving husband Danial A Furnari, Sr., her son Daniel A, Jr., her sisters Claire Payne and Josephine Somoracki and her brothers Ermen A. and Salvatore Tabasso She is survived by her sisters in law Mary Tabasso and Lucille Tabasso. and her granddaughter Danielle.
The funeral will be Wednesday June 21, 2023, at 9:30am from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family Church, at 10:30am.
The interment will follow at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, from 4-7pm.
