Loving Wife, Sister & Aunt
Mary Ann Gibney, 76 of Bloomfield passed away on Monday, July 29, 2019. Born in Passaic, the daughter of Vito and Rose (Giaimo) Adragna, she grew up in Nutley and lived in Mineola, Long Island and Hasbrouck Heights prior to moving to Bloomfield 35 years ago. She was an owner, with her husband, of Diamond Hot Rimz in Lodi, a member of the Glen Ridge Country Club and a Eucharistic Minister at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Bloomfield.
Mary Ann is survived by her beloved husband and business partner, Paul C. Gibney; her brothers Frank and Vito Adragna and many loving nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her twin sister, Catherine Donahue and her brother, Joseph Adragna.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 60 Byrd Avenue in Bloomfield at 10 a.m.
The cremation services will be private.
