Michele Romano, 63, lifelong resident of Bloomfield, passed away suddenly due to the Corona virus on Wednesday, December 3, 2020. Michele was the youngest daughter of Antoinette"Della" (Coppola) Romano and the late Nicholas Romano Sr. She was an educator with the East Orange Community Day Care Center in East Orange and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Upsala College. Michele was an avid reader, frequent shopper and hilarious story teller. She loved art, and fashion and always could put a cool outfit together. She was devoted to her family who cherished her, and will forever miss her wide smile, quick wit and true heart.

“Mish” leaves her heartbroken family, Mom Della, twin sisters Marylou and Joanna Romano and her big brother, Nicholas Romano Jr. Michele was also the dear “Aunt Shell” of Jennifer Romano Nazzarese; Nicholas Brennan Romano, StellaLucia Brennan Romano, Antonio Coppola Romano, Scott, Deana and Nicholas Christian Nazzarese. A private, immediate family funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Valentine’s Church is pending till further.

The family is planning a memorial celebration at a later date.
