Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother & Great-Grandmother
Neva M. Gervasi, of Jamesburg, passed away on Wednesday, January 03, 2018. Born in New York, NY, the daughter of the late Nicolina (Guidice) & Joseph Vitello, she lived in the Bronx prior to moving to Jamesburg 38 years ago. Before her retirement, Neva worked as a seamstress.
The beloved wife of the late Angelo P. Gervasi, she is survived by her daughter, Christine Bond; two grandchildren, Michael Bond & his wife, Amber and Michelle Bond & her wife, Joan Kanner; her great-granddaughter, Morgan and many loving nieces & nephews.
The funeral will be Saturday at 9:30 a.m. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church at 10:30 a.m.
The entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery on North Arlington.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8 p.m.
