Loving Husband, Father, Brother, and Grandfather
Nicholas T. Muscara, 70, of Belleville, passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022. Born in East Orange, NJ Nicholas was the son of the late Thomas John and Marie (LaMorte) Muscara. He retired as a truck driver for Roadway Express in Carlstadt.
Nicholas is survived by his beloved wife Susan (Michelson) Muscara, his children Melisa Wendling and her husband Frank, Nicholas Anthony Muscara, and Christopher Muscara, a sister Deborah Muscara, and 3 grandchildren Brianna, Frankie, and Ashley.
The funeral will be Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 9am from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Lucy’s Church 118 7th Ave, Newark, NJ 07104 at 10am.
Cremation will be private.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on 4-8pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Lucy’s Rectory Restoration Fund, 118 Seventh Ave Newark, NJ 07104, would be appreciated.
The family requests that all visitors wear mask.
