Obituary for Nicholas Natale
Nicholas Natale, 87 of Belleville, passed away on Friday February 26, 2021. Born in Belleville, he was the son of the late Charles and Jennie (Pucci) Natale. Nick was employed at La Bate and Conti Refrigeration as a sales representative for many years prior to his retirement.
Nick is survived by his wife Dorothy Natale and stepson Ralph Marchetti. He was the dear brother of Catherine Pomarico and the late Joseph Natale. He leaves behind his sister-in-law Mary, nieces and nephews Pamela, Charles, Jennifer, and Philip along with several great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his stepson George Marchetti.
Nick was stationed in Germany during peace times for the Korean War. His claim to fame is that an MP, he once drove Elvis Presley in his jeep. Nick was also an avid fisherman, enjoyed the outdoors and was a lifetime member of the Belleville Social and Political Club.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Church, Belleville on Friday March 5, 2021 at 12 noon
Burial at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield, NJ. will follow.
