Olga O’Mara, 91 of Nutley passed away on Sunday January 8, 2023. Born and raised in Newark, she was the daughter of the late James and Philomena (Martello) Emposimato. Mrs. O’Mara came to Nutley in 1963 and was a secretary with Western Termite and Pest Control in Parsippany before retiring. A devoted wife and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Olga was predeceased by her beloved husband, Charles E. O’Mara and her son Robert O’Mara and is survived by her children, Colleen O’Mara, Charles E. O’Mara and wife, Eileen. She also leaves her grandchildren, Charles T. O’Mara and his wife, Maria, Carly O’Mara, Casey O’Mara and her great grandchildren, Riley, and Abigail. She was the dear sister of the late Augustine Emposimato.
Funeral from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St. Nutley on Tuesday January 10 at 9:30 am. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, Nutley at 10:30 am. Cremation will be private. Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Monday January 9 from 6-8 pm.
