Loving Mother, Wife & Grandmother
Patricia L. Serio of Lyndhurst passed away on Thursday October 5, 2017. Pat was daughter of the late Michael and Madeline Foresta and the beloved wife of the late Charles “Cookie” Serio. She was born in Newark, and raised in North Arlington and moved to Lyndhurst 51 years ago. Patricia was the owner of Foresta Stationery in North Arlington, prior to her retirement.
She is survived by her devoted daughters, Tracy Beveridge & her husband Matthew and her daughter Michele Acitelli & her husband Flavio. She is also survived by her grandchildren Madeline and Daniel Beveridge and Gianna and Anthony Acitelli. She was predeceased by her brother James Foresta.
The funeral will be on Tuesday October 10, 2017 at 10 am from the S.W. Brown and Son Funeral Home 267 Centre Street, Nutley, NJ 07110
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington, NJ at 11 am
Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ
Visitors will be received on Monday from 4-8 pm at the funeral home
