Patsy Troisi, 92, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2020. Born in Orange, he lived in Nutley before moving to Toms River 20 years ago. Patsy retired as Chief Clerk of the Record Bureau of Essex County Jail. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by his longtime companion, Connie Masini; his daughter, Deborah Rosamilia and her husband, Sal; his son, Fred Troisi and his wife, Cammie; Frank Masini and Cherie Casciano Zecchino; his grandchildren, Anthony, Elissa, Jackie, and Joey; step-grandchildren, Jessica, Melissa, Missy, and Sallianne; and also many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wives, Rosemarie (D’Ambola) Trosi and Jeanette (Manganiello) Troisi, and his brother, Ludwig Troisi.
