Phyllis Bilkil, 62, a lifelong resident of Newark, passed away on Monday April 6, 2020. Phyllis was employed as a school crossing guard with the metro unit of the Newark Police Department before retiring. She was predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Concetta (Leone) Cardone. Phyllis is survived by her beloved husband, Enis Bilkil, her loving son Ersin Bilkil and her dear nephews, Michael Restaino and Ralphie Leone. She was also the dear sister of the late Ralph Leone, Rosemary Leone and Monica Cardone.

Services and burial at Crest Haven Memorial Park in Clifton will private.
