Prafulhchandra I. Patel of Nutley, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family on October 28, 2022. Born in India, he came to America in 1971 and settled with his wife and children in Nutley in 1976. Prafulhchandra was the son of the late Ishwarbhai and Lalitaben Patel. He was a Chemist with Amide Pharmaceutical in Little Falls, NJ and enjoyed playing golf, bowling, and traveling with his wife and children.
He is survived by his wife Urmilaben P. Patel, his children Rajeshree Patel and husband, Jayant Patel, Dr. Harish Patel and wife, Dr. Falguni Patel, Kirti Patel-Darnell and husband, David Darnell, and Jitendra Patel, his brothers Rameshbhai, Bipinbhai and Pinakinbhai, his two sisters Minaxiben and Urmilaben and his grandchildren: Julie, Divya, Sheila, Austin, Amy, Nina, and Alexis.
Funeral Puja will be held on Sunday October 30, 2022, at 11am, at the East Ridgelawn Cemetery Crematory, 255 Main Avenue, Clifton, NJ.
