Obituary for Raymond J. Corbo
Raymond J. Corbo, 78 of Bloomfield, passed away on Monday January 31, 2022. Born and raised in Newark, he was the son of the late Raymond and Mary (DeNicholas) Corbo. Ray also lived in Fairfield and had resided in Bloomfield for the past 30 years. Mr. Corbo was a plumber before retiring and was a U.S. Army veteran.
Predeceased by his wives, the late Susan A. (Laccitiello) and the late Catherine (Fischer), he is survived by his loving children, Susan J. Corbo, Theresa Crockett, Lisa Mann and Vincent Corbo. He also leaves his grandchildren, Heather and Anthony Corbo, Angel Pearson, Jennifer Penn, Tiffany Pearson, Raymond Pearson, Angelo Mann, and four great grandchildren.
Visitors will be received at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St. Nutley on Thursday February 3, 2022, from 6-9 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be on Friday at St. Mary’s Church, Nutley at 10:30am followed by burial at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
