Obituary for Richard A. Ammiano
Richard A. Ammiano, 81, of Belleville, passed away on Thursday. February 29, 2024. Born in Newark, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Armand and Concetta (Aquilino) Ammiano. He worked for Shoprite for 37 years before retiring in 2011.
Richard is survived by his beloved wife Angie (Leva) Ammiano, his children Richard Ammiano and his wife Melanie, Paul Ammiano, and Dawn Barbosa and her husband Carlos, and his three grandchildren, Christopher, Marissa, and Nicholas. He is also survived by his sisters Lydia Llewellyn and Gina Secor. Richard was predeceased by his sister Anna Maria Oldham and his brother Robert Ammiano.
Visitors will be received at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley, Monday, March 4, 2024, from 9:30-10:30am, A Funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church, Nutley , NJ at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.
