Devoted husband, father and brother, U.S. Navy veteran
Richard Panzer, 89, of Nutley, passed away on March 7, 2023. Born in Newark, he lived in Nutley since 1968. Richard was the son of the late Anthony and Helen Sinkez Panzer. Richard was a policeman in North Caldwell where he loved his job and later a Merchant Marine with Exxon Mobile at the Bayway refinery in Linden. He was a US Veteran of the US Navy, a member of the NRA and loved fishing and varmint hunting. Richard is survived by his wife Regina (Niedzinski) Panzer, his children Randy, Ronald, Richard and Robert, his sister Dolores Boyle, his three grandchildren Corey, Morgan and Taylor.
Cremation was private.
