Rita Driza, 94, passed away on April 3, 2022. Born in Newark, she was a lifelong resident of Belleville. Rita was a communicant and active parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Church in Belleville. Rita was predeceased by her loving husband Charles E. Driza, her daughter Cecilia Driza, and her brothers Michael, Frank, and John. She is survived by her son Charles Driza, her grandchildren Angela McCleary, Jessica DeBerry, Charles E. Driza IV and Nicole Cerbone, her great grandchildren Isla, Anthony, Sophia, Mia, Dion, and Cecilia.
The funeral service will be on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at 9:30am. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, in Bloomfield.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Friday, April 8 from 3-7pm.
