Robert H. Schwier, 87 of Randolph and formerly of Nutley, passed away on Friday June 10, 2022. Born in East Orange he was the son of the late William F. and Bertha R. (Wilks) Schwier. Robert lived in Belleville and then Nutley for 68 years. He was a plant supervisor at Continental Can Co. in Paterson before retiring and was an avid golfer and had been captain of the Belleville High School Golf Team. In his retirement, Bob was a school crossing guard in Nutley.

Predeceased by his beloved wife, Diana C. (Clegg) Schwier, he is survived by his devoted children Robin Cabanas and husband, Joseph, Wendy Mavroudakis and husband, Peter, Alison Schwier and Glenn Schwier and wife, Audrey. He also leaves his grandchildren Gregory, Lindsey, Ariana, Jennifer, Matthew and Alexander and his great granddaughter, Abigail.

A graveside service will be held at Crest Haven Memorial Park in Clifton on Monday June 13 at 11:30 am.
