Obituary for Rose L. Brosius (Raniero)

Rose L. Brosius, 83, of Belleville, passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2018. Born in Newark, the son of Mario and Josephine (Linarducci) Raniero, she lived in Newark prior to moving to Belleville 58 years ago.
Rose retired as the Vice President of Vac-U-Max Corporation in Belleville. She was a member and past president of the Rosary Alter Society at Holy Family Church in Nutley, past president of the National Council of Catholic Women Essex-Montclair District, a member of the St. Gerard Society and a former member of the Bloomfield Columbiettes.
The beloved wife of the late Joseph M. Brosius, she is survived by her sons, Joseph G. and Mario J. Brosius; her grandchildren, Alexis, Joseph R. and Mario J. Brosius and her sister, Eleanor Proto.
The funeral will be Friday at 9:30 a.m. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church in Nutley at 10:30 a.m.
The interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Montclair.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-8 p.m.
