Rose Polo, 90 of Manahawkin, passed away on Wednesday September 28, 2022. Born in San Rufo, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Maria (Errico) Marmo. Rose was a bookkeeper at Jersey Shore Rehabilitation Center & Nursing Home before retiring in 1986 and was previously employed with Organon Pharmaceuticals and Bloomfield Molding.

A loving mother and grandmother & Aunt, Rose is survived by her children, Richard L. Polo and wife Gilda, Maria L. Polo, Marco J. Polo, Jr. and wife Maria and her grandchildren, Richard L. Polo Jr., Dane J. Karl and wife Christina, Matthew Polo, Marco Polo. She was the dear sister of Carmela “Babe” Prato and numerous Nieces & Nephews. She was predeceased by her former husband, Marco J. Polo as well as her brothers Frank and Carmen Marmo and her sister Antoinette Perrone.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Tuesday October 4, 2022 at 11:30 am. Cremation will be private.
