Sergio Marandola, 55 of Belleville, passed on Thursday, August 27, 2020. Born in Caserta, Italy, Sergio was the son of Antonio and Ida (Papa) Marandola. He was a Banker for Amalgamated Bank in New York City. Sergio was an avid fisherman and hunter. He also enjoyed traveling.
Sergio is survived by his beloved wife, Sonia (Pancham) Marandola; his parents, Antonio and Ida Marandola; brothers, Giuseppe, Sabatino, Giovanni, Aldo, Guilio, and Franco Marandola; and his beloved sister, Susan Gencarelli. Brother-in-Law of Romey, Amelia, Sadia and Nadia and beloved uncle of 39 nieces and nephews.
Visitation at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley on Saturday, August 29th from 9-10:30 am.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family Church in Nutley at 11 am.
Cremation will be private.
