Susan Cusano 78, of New Providence passed away on November 8, 2020. Born in Newark, she lived in Maplewood for most of her life then from 2009-2019 she resided in Tom’s River prior to moving to New Providence. She was the daughter of the late Vincent and Palma (Francese) Cofone. She was the wife of late husband Patrick Cusano. She leaves her sisters Joan Ward and Geraldine Cuiba along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews behind. Susan was a partner in Sue’s Luncheonette “Italian Hot Dog” on Wilson Ave in Newark during the 1960’s and 70’s. She was active in Edgar Cayce’s Association for Research and Enlightenment. All who were close to Susan also knew how much she cherished and loved her German Shepherds.
