Theresa Ferriol, 100 of Freehold, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2020. Born and raised in Nutley, Theresa lived in Belleville for 60 years prior to moving to Freehold. Theresa was the daughter of the late Carmine and Maria (Lardiere) Messina and retired as a ticket inspector for International Tickets in Newark. The beloved wife of the late Carl Ferriol, she is survived by, her daughters, Carole Ferriol Fuchs and Janet Ferriol Sienko; a brother, Michael Messina; a sister, Mae Presutti; 4 grandchildren, Laura Haas, Andrea Sienko, Jonathan Fuchs, and Lindsay Mazza; and 4 great-grandchildren, Julia Haas, Avery Haas, Emily Minnick, and Leo Mazza. Along with her husband and parents, Theresa was predeceased by her brothers, Domenick and Gerald Messina.
Funeral service and interment at Glendale Cemetery will be held privately.
