Loving Husband, Father, Brother, and Grandfather
Thomas F. Corrigan, 94, of The Villages, FL, formerly a resident of Nutley, NJ for 60 years, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2022. Born in West New York, NJ, Thomas was the son of the late Thomas and Mary (McCoy) Corrigan. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1952. Thomas retired as a Field Engineer for Westinghouse Elevator in Morristown, NJ in 1988. The beloved husband of the late Ann (Mironuk) Corrigan, Thomas is survived by his daughters Kathleen Morrison and her husband Richard, Laura Grady and her husband Bernie, Amy Barr and her husband Joseph, and Ellen Corrigan, sister Virginia Walsh, brother Leo Corrigan and three grandchildren David Morrison and his wife Christina, Elizabeth Remite and her husband Brian, and Matthew Barr and his wife Jacqueline. He was predeceased by his brother James Corrigan.
The funeral will be Friday, December 9, 2022, at 8:30am from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, Nutley at 9:30am.
The interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Thursday, December 8th from 4pm – 8pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Mary’s Church Restoration Fund, 17 Monsignor Owens Pl, Nutley, NJ 07110.
