Victor A. Melillo, 21 of Nutley, passed away on Monday March 8, 2021. Victor was born in Voorhees, NJ, Victor was the beloved son of Maria (Faragasso) and the late Victor G. Melillo. Victor was a student at Caldwell University and had been employed as a security guard at Columbus LTACH in Newark. Recently, Victor proudly began the process to follow his father, a retired firefighter and Arson investigator with the Belleville Fire Department, by joining the Irvington Fire Department. Victor was a member of FMBA Local #14 and was a talented piano player. He loved sports and getting together with friends to play poker and video games. Victor loved playing with his puppies. Victor leaves behind his loving Mom along with many Aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Victor will be Missed Dearly.

Visitors will be received at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St. Nutley on Sunday March 21 from 2-6 pm.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church, Nutley on Monday at 10:30 am ,followed by entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington New Jersey.
