Obituary for Victor Pasquariello
Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather & Great-Grandfather and Proud Navy Veteran
Victor Pasquariello, 92 of Belleville passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2019. Born in Newark, the son of Gerard and Carmela (Cinterella) Pasquariello he has lived most of his life in Belleville Victor retired from the Teamsters Union Local #194 in Hillside and a Navy Veteran of World War II.
He was a Belleville High School All-State for Football and Basketball from 1944-1945, a member of the Belleville High School Hall of Fame for Football and Basketball and a member of the Old Guard of Nutley. Victor also played semi-pro football with the Belleville Iron Dukes.
The beloved husband of the late Stella (Rosamelio) Pasquariello, he is survived by his children, Sandra Pasquariello and Victor Pasquariello and his wife, Cetta; his grandchildren, Vicki Kosuda and her husband, Frank, Mandy McDonough, and Alex Celentano and her husband Steven, Victor and Liana Pasquariello and his great-grandchildren, Venessa and Matthew Kosuda and Kylie McDonough
The funeral will be Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church in Nutley at 9:30 a.m.
The interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Montclair.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8 p.m.
The Nutley Old Guard Service will be held on Friday at 4:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org) would be appreciated.
