Zulmira (Gomes) Antunes, 82 of Nutley, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at her home. Born in Viseu, Portugal, she was the daughter of Anibal and Laurinda (Gomes) Rego. Mrs. Antunes lived in England prior to moving to the United States and resided in Newark before moving to Nutley 15 years ago.
Beloved wife of the late Manuel Antunes, Zulmira is survived by her son, Jose Manuel Antunes, her daughter Ana Wittmann, her grandchildren, Frankie and Wayne, Jr., her brothers Fausto and Adolfo Rego and her sisters Adilia Pinto and Antonietta Felicio.
There will be a memorial service visitation held at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home on Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 2-4 p.m.
