Obituary for Angela Paparazzo

Angela (Cairone) Paparazzo passed away on Monday, July 3, 2017.
She lived in the Marion section of Jersey City, NJ and was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, before moving to Belleville in 1955.
Angie was a member and daily communicant of St. Peter’s Church in Belleville. She was an active Rosarian and President of the Senior Club for 15 years. She was a Eucharistic Minister for over 24 years and each Monday morning counted the Sunday collections. She was a member of the Parish Council serving on the Liturgy and Worship Committees. She initiated and was the co-coordinator of the St. Joseph’s Table for over 20 years.
Angie was a proud and devoted volunteer Sacristan, caring for her beloved St. Peter’s Church for many years.
Angie was predeceased by her husband, John Paparazzo. Angie and John are survived by their children: Lucille Napoliello and her husband, Gene, Suzanne Tortoriello and her husband, Tony, Joan Fernandes and her husband, Jorge, and John Paparazzo and his wife, Mary. Angie is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister, Lucy Paparazzo-D’Amico. She was respected and loved by many nieces and nephews, as well as many dear friends.
Funeral from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday July 5 at 10 am. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Church in Belleville at 11 am. Cremation and committal at St. Peter’s Church Cemetery will be private.
Relatives and friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday July 4 from 2-6 pm.
In lieu of flowers, Angie requested donations be made to St. Peter’s Church, 155 William Street, Belleville, NJ 07109
