Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother & Great-Grandmother
Angelina Pengitore, passed away on Wednesday, January 03, 2018. Born in Nutley, the daughter of the late Maria (Cavallo) & Carmen Christopher, she was raised in Nutley, lived in Cape Coral, FL for 25 years prior to moving back to Nutley in 1999 where she lived until moving to May’s Landing in 2016.
She worked as a seamstress for Kabba Dress Shop in Nutley for 37 years before retiring in 1972.
The beloved wife of the late George Pengitore and loving mother of the late Dolly Ross, she is survived by a daughter, Marie Cridland; a sister Dolores Dwyer; a brother Carmen Christopher; 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Saturday at 8:30 a.m. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church at 9:30 a.m.
The interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Montclair.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 3-7 p.m.
