Obituary for Anna Rafanello

Anna Rafanello, of Nutley, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2013. Born in Fairview, she lived in Bloomfield before moving to Nutley 23 years ago. Anna was employed with the clerical staff at Western Electric in Newark for 11 years before retiring in 1982. She was a member of the Golden Age Club of Nutley.
Predeceased by her sons, Benedict and Joseph Rafanello, she is survived by her son Dennis Rafanello, 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
The funeral will be from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home on Friday at 9:30 am.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church, Nutley at 10:30 am followed by burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-9 pm.
At the family’s request, please omit flowers; memorial contributions to a charity of your choice would be preferred.
