Obituary for Arlene W. Daire
Retired Bookkeeper
Arlene W. Daire, of Nutley, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2018. Born in Cincinnati, OH, the daughter of the late Edna (Wiegele) & Philip Wing, she lived in Orange, NJ prior to moving to Nutley in 1957. She retired from Lipton’s in Bloomfield as a Bookkeeper. Previously, she worked for Pabst Brewery in Newark. Arlene was a member of the Golden Age Club of Nutley, The Nutley Seniors Friday Club and the Essex County Wednesday Club.
The beloved wife of the late John M. Daire, she is survived by her sons, Kevin M. Daire & his companion, Karen and Bruce Daire & his wife, Mia. Arlene was also predeceased by a sister & brother.
The funeral service will be held on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home 267 Centre St., Nutley.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital would be preferred.
The cremation services will be private.
