Obituary for Claire Marie DeFrank

Retired hairstylist, loving mother and grandmother
Claire Marie DeFrank of Belleville, passed away on Wednesday December 20, 2017. Born in Belleville and raised in Nutley, Claire was the daughter of the late Robert and Marie (DeYonker)McDonald. Prior to coming to Belleville, Ms. DeFrank lived in Las Vegas, Nevada and was a hairstylist before retiring. A devoted mother and grandmother, Claire is survived by her daughters, Janine DeHagara, Carla Prosperi and Nicole Sierenberg and her 8 grandchildren. She also leaves her sister, Kim Carissimo and her former husband, Ernest DeFrank.
Relatives and friends will be received at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home on Friday December 22 from 5-7 pm.
A Funeral Service will also be conducted at the funeral home on Friday evening at 6:45 pm. Cremation will be private.
