Obituary for Daniel A. Hurtubise

U.S. Army veteran, retired facilities manager
Daniel A. Hurtubise of Nutley, passed away on Thursday November 9, 2017 at his home. Born in Wilmington, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Donlon O. and Elizabeth A. (Thebodeau) Hurtubise. Mr. Hurtubise had lived in Nutley most of his life and was a facilities manager with Myron Corp. in Maywood, before retiring. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving with the 1st Armored Division, was an avid cyclist and golfer and also enjoyed photography. Daniel is survived by his beloved wife, Marilyn (Wilson) Hurtubise, his daughters, Danielle Konopinski and her husband, Mike, Brenda Hurtubise and his grandchildren, Matthew, Melissa and Brooke. He was the dear brother of Richard and Donlon Hurtubise, Linda Geary and Anne Pecora.
Funeral from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St. Nutley on Tuesday November 14 at 9 am.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Clare Church in Clifton at 10 am. Cremation will be private.
Visiting will be at the funeral home on Monday from 4-8 pm.
