Donato Parisi, 80
Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather & Great-grandfather
Donato Parisi, of East Hanover, passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2018. Donato, the son of the late Margherita (Sierchio) & Gerardo Parisi, was born in Italy and resided in Bloomfield before coming to East Hanover 13 years ago. He was the former owner of Donato's Restaurant in Bloomfield. He is predeceased by his beloved wife Rosina (Raimato) Parisi and is survived by his devoted sons, Gerardo & his wife Lucia, and Marco & his wife Tara; his brother Carmine & his sister Concetta; his grandchildren Donato, Pasquale, Marco & Juliet; and his great-grandchildren Carina, Ariana & Nico. He is predeceased by his brother Domenico and his sister Angelina & Maria.
The Funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday June 26nd at St. Lucy's Church in Newark at 10:30AM.
The interment will take place in Calabritto, Avellino Italy at a later date.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Monday June 25th at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home 267 Centre St., Nutley from 4-8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family will accept memorial contributions to be donated to Ambulance Squad of Calabritto, Avellino.
