Obituary for Dorothy P. Zagami
Devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother
Dorothy P. Zagami, formerly of Bloomfield, passed away on Monday December 18, 2017. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Julia (Marconi) Callegari.
Mrs. Zagami moved to Bloomfield 17 years ago.
The beloved wife of the late, Alexander Zagami and mother of the late, Salvatore Zagami, she is survived by her son, John Zagami & his wife, Linda; her daughter-in-law, Dorothy Zagami and her granddaughter, Alicia Zagami. She was also the dear sister of Rudolph Callegari and Sabina Picarello.
The funeral will be from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St. Nutley on Saturday December 23 at 8:30 am.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church, Nutley at 9:30 am
The interment will follow at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield.
Relatives and friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 4-8 pm.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (www.stjude.org)
