Loving Wife, Mother & Grandmother
Elizabeth “Betty” (Vaccaro) LaFerrera passed away on Monday January 15, 2018 at the age of 93. She was born in Belleville New Jersey and lived most of her married life in Livingston New Jersey. Elizabeth retired from Macy’s in Livingston New Jersey and moved to North Carolina in July of 2005.
She was the beloved wife of the late William A. LaFerrera and daughter of the late Natale Vaccaro and Frances Lupo. She is survived by her son William LaFerrera, his wife Robin and grandson Patrick; her daughter Janice Ceresnak, her husband James and grandson Jim; and her daughter Virginia Schroeder, her husband Lee and granddaughter Cindy Drucks her husband Greg, granddaughter Sharon Treiber her husband Robert, and grandson Scott Schroeder his wife Jennifer, and 7 loving great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Monday at 8:30 a.m. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Philomena’s Church in Livingston at 10 a.m.
The interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, Jan 21 from 2 to 5 p.m.
