Nutley Water Department Foreman

Frank “Babby” Ferry, Jr. of Belleville, passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2018. Born in Belleville, Frank was the son of the late Theresa (Lamberti) & Frank Ferry, Sr., he lived in Nutley prior to moving back to Belleville 48 years ago.
He retired as a foreman from the Township of Nutley Water Department and was the former owner of Sports Fashion, a garment manufacturer in Nutley. He was an avid Gin and Pinochle player.
Frank is survived by his longtime companion of 52 years, Deanna Embree; 4 children, Donna Loffredo & her husband Owen, Dominic “Nico” , Frank III & his wife, Stacey and Lisa Gagliardo & her husband, Frank; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Frank was also predeceased by his sisters, Marie Hollis, Frances Molinaro, & Anne Serritelli and 6 brothers.

The funeral service will be held on Friday at 12 Noon at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home 267 Centre St., Nutley.

The interment will follow at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield.

Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-9 p.m.
