Obituary for Janet L. Gattuso

Janet L. (Saunders) Gattuso of Manahawkin, formerly of Nutley, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2013 at her home. Born in Queens, NY, she lived in Nutley before moving to Manahawkin 14 years ago. Mrs. Gattusso was a pharmacy technician and clerk at Washington Avenue Pharmacy in Nutley before retiring. After moving to Manahawkin, Janet was active in various clubs in her community, including the Silver Sneaker Exercise Club, Seniors Art & Crafts Club and Bible Study.
Predeceased by her beloved husband, Leonard F. Gattuso, she is survived by her children, Gregg Gattuso and his wife, Diane, Nancy Gattuso-Mangum and her husband, James, Paul Gattuso and his partner, Marianne Petti and Lisa Parigi and her husband, Pasquale. She also leaves her loving grandchildren Laura Rosenberg, Daniel and Michael Gattuso, Jared, Darinm, Rachel and Dean Gattuso, Larissa, Christopher and Nicholas Mangum, Brian and Alexa Parigi, her great grandchildren, Davian Mangum and Jackson Rosenberg and her sister, Ann Kiernan
Funeral from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, Nutley on Wednesday at 9:30 am. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, Nutley at 10:30 am. Cremation will be private. Visiting will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-8 pm
