Formely of Belleville
Jennie Agresta, 97, passed away on Friday November 11, 2016. Born and raised in Newark, the daughter of the late Frank and Marie Matullo, she came to Belleville in 1944. Mrs. Agresta was a devoted wife, loving mother and dear grandmother, great grandmother and great, great grandmother. Predeceased by her husband, Anthony N. Agresta, she is survived by her son, Nicholas and wife, Patricia, her daughter, Irene Wendling and husband, Frank, her grandchildren, Donna Falco and husband, George, Nicholas Wendling and wife, Patty, Frank Wendling and wife, Melisa and Lisa Elliott. She also leaves her great grandchildren, Alexis, Brianna, Frankie, Ashley, Caroline, Olivia and Kayla and her great, great grandson, Brayden.
Funeral from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home 267 Centre St. Nutley on Thursday November 17 at 9 am.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Church, Belleville at 10 am followed entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
Visiting will be at the funeral home on Wednesday November 16 from 4-8 pm.
