Obituary for Jennifer Lynn Rozek

Jennifer Rozek, formerly of Belleville, lost her battle on this earth to a sudden illness on Wednesday, September 2, 2015. With her family at her bedside as she took her place in heaven. Jennifer was born in Newark and lived in Belleville for many years before moving to Manahawkin and South Amboy. She attended Belleville High School where she was a talented singer with the school chorus. She then attended and graduated from Southern Regional High School in Manahawkin where she was a member of the select choir. She also loved cooking for friends and family and preparing homemade desserts.
She leaves behind her parents, Robert and Lu Ann (Travisano) Rozek and her siblings Michael, Jasmine, Jonathan and Robert Rozek. She was the granddaughter of William and Maureen Travisano and the late Edward and Julia Rozek and beloved girlfriend of Kevin Kassing. Most of all she was the proudest of her daughter Julieanna Kassing who was the light of her life. Heaven has found a beautiful angel and loving daughter, sister and mother.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the S.W. Brown Funeral Home, 267 Centre St. Nutley on Saturday September 5 from 4 till 8pm. A service will be conducted on Saturday evening at 7 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to College America Acct #85482397 for Julieanna Kassing, American Funds Service Company, PO Box 2280 Norfolk, VA 23501-2280. Donations will also be accepted at the funeral home.
