Obituary for John J. Agostini 64

Nutley Attorney and Civil Engineer
John J. Agostini, 64 of Nutley died on October 29,2016 at his home. Born in N.Y. C. he lived in Brooklyn before coming to Nutley 37 years ago. Mr. Agostini was an attorney practicing in Nutley prior to his retirement. He graduated from Manhattan College with a BS in Civil Engineering and was a graduate of New York Law School. Mr Agostini served on the Nutley Hall of Fame Committee, was a former trustee of the Nutley Senior Manor, past Master of Nutley F.& A. M. Lodge # 25, and a member of Livingston Lodge #11 F.& A. M.
He is survived by his beloved wife Lucy (Burruano) Agostini, and loving children, Julie Agostini and her husband Kenneth Auspaker, and John M. Agostini and his wife Kristen Arnold. Also surviving a sister Lorraine O’Regan, and husband George, a sister in law Linda Burruano Godette and her husband James and his grandson Hudson Aupaker. He was predeceased by his parents Alice and Louis Agostini.
Funeral from the S.W. Brown & Son funeral Home on Wednesday at 9:45 a.m.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, Nutley at 10:45 a.m.
The interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
Memorial contributions to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
