Retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield, cherished mother, grandmother and great grandmother
Josephine (Safka) Kotulak, 94 of Nutley, passed away on Friday January 27, 2017. Born and raised in Nanticoke, PA, she was a longtime resident of Nutley. Mrs. Kotulak was an audit clerk with Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey in Newark before retiring. Josephine was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph T. Kotulak and is survived by her son Thomas M. Kotulak and his wife, Patricia and her daughter, Susan Kotulak and her husband, Ronald Sencer. She also leaves her loving grandchildren, Jonathan Kotulak and his wife, Kristin, Theresa Moschel and her husband, Bryan, Joseph and Mary Kotulak and her great grandchildren, Kylie, Payton and Luke.
Funeral from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home 267 Centre St. Nutley on Tuesday January 31 at 10 am.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Nutley at 11 am followed by burial at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield.
Visiting will be at the funeral home on Monday from 5-8 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Vincent’s Women’s Auxiliary 315 E. Lindsley Rd. Cedar Grove, NJ 07009.
