Loving Wife, Mother & Nana
Josephine Joan Naddeo, of Bloomfield, New Jersey, passed away on Friday, March 30, 2018. Born in Newark, she was the daughter of the late Josephine (Mezzatesta) & Ralph Laulette. She lived in Newark prior to moving to Bloomfield 52 years ago. Josephine worked for the N.J. Bell Telephone Co. in Newark as a clerk, until starting a family in 1958. She is survived by her beloved husband, Carmine G. Naddeo; four children, Marie and her husband Greg Oprysk, Carmine Naddeo, Jr. and his wife Nancy, Carol and her husband Scott Reeve, and Patty and her late husband Glenn J. Stickles. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Michael and Christopher Oprysk; Jason, Cassandra and Kyle Naddeo; Nicolas, Tyler and Nathaniel Reeve; Jonathan, Brittany, Joseph and Thomas Stickles; and her brother, Anthony Laulette. Josephine was predeceased by her sister, Rose Marie Donaleski.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Lucy’s Church in Newark at 10 a.m.
The entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park in Union.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 4-8 p.m.
