Obituary for Lydia Ruvolo

Loving Wife, Sister & Aunt
Lydia Ruvolo, of Nutley, passed away on Tuesday, January 02, 2018 at her home. Born in Newark, the daughter of the late Carmela (Porcelli) & Sabino Iovino, she lived in Newark prior to moving to Nutley 47 years ago. Prior to her retirement she worked as an assembler for Lionel Corporation in Irvington.
The beloved wife of the late John C. Ruvolo, she is survived by her sister, Esther Iovino and many nieces & nephews.
The funeral will be Friday at 9:45 a.m. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church in Nutley at 10:45 a.m.
The entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park in Union
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 3-6 p.m.
