Obituary for Lynne L. Lemma

Lynne E. Lemma, of Nutley, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2017. Born in Passaic, the daughter of the late Wallace Banta & Ruth (Wise) Saunders, she was a lifelong resident of Nutley.
She was a member of the Nutley Emergency Rescue Squad Auxiliary, Nutley Family Service Bureau, Nutley AMVETS Post 30 Auxiliary, Nutley Italian American Civic Association Auxiliary and was a former Brownie, Girl Scouts & Cub Scout Leader. Lynne was predeceased by her beloved husband, Frank L. Lemma and is survived by her three children, Linda Hamilton & her husband, William, Sharon Lemma Bozza and Frank L. Lemma, Jr.; her grandchildren, Michael, Lauren, Dean, Lindsay, Alexis, Kayla & Frankie; her great-grandson, Jayden and her sisters, Ruth Ann Leon, Judith Clark. She was also predeceased by her sister, Lois Nichols
The funeral will be Thursday July 6 at 10:30 a.m. from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre St., Nutley.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church in Nutley at 11:30 a.m.
Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m.
The cremation services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Nutley Volunteer Emergency & Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 172, Nutley, NJ 07110 or the Nutley Family Services Bureau 155 Chestnut St. Nutley, NJ 07110 would be preferred.
