Obituary for Peter J. Miller

Retired truck driver, AA advocate & sponsor
Peter J. Miller of Nutley, passed away on Wednesday November 9, 2016. Born and raised in Newark, he came to Nutley in 1967. Mr. Miller was a truck driver with Tose Trucking Inc. and also had been employed with Siegel Express. Peter was also active with Alcoholics Anonymous and was a strong advocate and sponsor. He was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Ellen (Olohan) Miller and is survived by many dear cousins.
Funeral from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home 267 Centre St. Nutley on Saturday November 12 at 9 am.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Nutley at 10 am followed by burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
Visiting will be at the funeral home on Friday from 4-7 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alcoholics Anonymous (www.nnjaa.org)
