Obituary for Salvatore Failla

Salvatore Failla of Nutley, passed away on Saturday October 28, 2017 at his home. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Vincent and Rose (Mazola) Failla. Mr. Failla came to Nutley 58 years ago and was a truck driver with the U.S. Postal Service, Secaucus Branch before retiring. Sal is survived by his beloved wife, of 58 years, Helen (Cioffi) Failla. He was also the dear brother of Louise Cassese, Sadie Flynn and the late Nick Failla.
Funeral from the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre Street, Nutley on Thursday November 2 at 10 am.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Church, Nutley at 11 am followed by entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
Visiting will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
